Why do we all make things so hard for ourselves?? I could go into all sorts of details here but I am not as I really do seem to over analyse a situation. Daily I get way too many emails majority of them just downright advertising or SPAM. You get really good exercise using the delete key, the point I am trying to make is that occassionally you get a real GEM and I borrowed this one with a small change, Life Challenges ” There is a curve called failure, a loop called confusion, speed bumps called friends, caution lights called family, and you will have flats called jobs. But, if you have a spare called determination, an engine called perseverance, insurance called faith, and a driver called the Universal Creator, you will make it to a place called success.”

And then just to finish off last week this video was posted by Anthony Robbins, like so many I saw it as the wakeup call I needed. I actually have one of Anthony’s Courses and yes, did nothing with it. Having watched the video several times now I have taken real action and am on Day Five of his course, and yes I am really enjoying it.

So true and I sure we all recognise the names. However, if it makes you think and gives YOU an ounce of inspiration to go after what you really want then it has succeeded. For to look within I now know is the biggest journey we will ever take. Watch and circulate this video as it shows us simply that we can triumph in life. As a self confessed movie buff one of my favourite movies is “Kevin Costner’s - Field of Dreams” To me this video represents one of the movies statements - Go the Distance.

A simple but powerful message that needs to be shared believe in yourself and your dream. NO MATTER WHAT!

Looking to the Future!

I firmly believe that events in one’s life happen at the right time and for all the right reasons, for instance a book, a person or an event will happen. In the last eight months a lot has happened in my life from receiving an email from Sally who introduced me to an awesome product, to losing my best friend Michael, returning home to New Zealand after 30years and just lately a book and a movie. The book was the “Celestine Prophecy”, and the movie was “Pay it Forward” Haley Joel Osment, Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt in summary the movie was based on ”Is it possible for one idea to change the world?” YES!!

In saying that I have the privilege and honour to be involved with a business that is looking towards the future, it WILL provide a solution to the health of our youngsters and let’s not forget US baby boomers, it can also provide a financial solution to those people who see the bigger picture. There are some of us who if they are like me are wanting more from life.

The benefits for me have been from a health point of view I sleep better and in summary am no longer in any pain, it has and is assisting my parents. Most importantly I will have the means to achieve my greatest goal of bringing to life my goal/dream/passion of increasing the numbers of the endangered English Shire. In addition this Non Profit organisation will be known as “Glenmeadows Shire Horse Centre” which will be an educational centre for now and into the future. Everyone from children with special needs, busy executives who need time out, will be able to come and visit and participate in the daily activities that will be available.

Start Living! Start Attracting

I still remember that initial reaction when I watched The Secret? I vividly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I could make my dreams come true at – LAST!

But watching it and applying it we soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of us including myself, started muttering things like:

- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”

- “I am so annoyed that some days I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. What is the trick?”

- “Why am I having so much trouble?”

- “I think the universe is against me.”

- “I’m trying EVERYTHING and still nothing is happening!”

Don’t worry, I am one of the 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Just take a moment to think about this, you have to fail many times before you succeed. Just don’t quit.

But in real life and living day by day and you are frustrated, it’s really hard to stay positive. Especially if you look at the newspapers and the television, screaming negativity and constantly bombarding us with state of the economy or senseless acts of violence that appear on the increase.

And what happens when you just cannot stay positive? That’s right – you start attracting negative things in to your life.

So how can you make the Law of Attraction work for you – without getting frustrated? How do those people who do successfully implement the Law of Attraction do it with such confidence and finesse?

Well, here are 3 little tricks that will help you with the frustration and feeling tired of begging from the universe, because you will be shown how to start manifesting like a pro.

1. Allow Yourself to Receive

We were told to slow down and to ASK for what we wanted, that was simple RIGHT. No the mind does not work that way, by overloading it the only thing your mind is doing is transmitting to the universe over and over. The universe is really trying to reply – and in the process can not provide any answers because you are not allowing yourself to receive!

You need to have the confidence in yourself to stop running around in a circle, and just think of your desires and leave it out there, go away, and trust that your cup will be filled with whatever it is you asked for when the time is right.

2. Be Patient with Yourself

Receiving does takes time.

Sadly, many people give up just a few steps before the finish line because they have decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work. Worst of all are those who throw in more and more energy, expecting to see results come faster.

This is like putting the cart before the horse, it does not work! All things in this world have a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.

So please relax and do not be too hard on yourself, be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural development time.

If you remember this simple rule, you will not work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a downward spiral of negativity.

3. Support and Educate Yourself

Just like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support in the beginning. You need some guidance on how to do it, and also a mentor to look up to.

Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” was the answer to everything. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” was and is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.

I have come to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” multiple times. But without changing any other areas of your life, it is like discovering that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight when all you did was walk a few extra times a week (but did not change what you were eating).

So seek and be hungry for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support each other, learn from each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.

While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, it is helping change the way I perceive life, I have seen real changes in my life and I would encourage you to have a GO TOO!
